Mostly self-taught, this multitalented musician has mastered a wide range of instruments, such as drum set, hand percussion, native African instruments, to mention but a few. Peter plays various genres of music and his expertise and skills have enabled him to perform and tour with prestigious groups such as Children of Uganda, Spirit of Uganda, the Richland Percussion Group and the Santa Fe University of Art and Design’s Contemporary Music Department. He has also made note-worthy appearances in the Grammy Awards, Musicares (honoring Bono as 2003 person of the year), and 2007 Macy’s Passport. Just recently Peter opened for Public Enemy and was also a guest artist at the 2013 Carnival of Steel at Richland College. Today, Peter performs and perfects his many endeavors around the US and Uganda while striving for the greatness in his future and also, sensitize the world about his culture and how it can be preserved through music performance, education and technology.

Music is therapy, an invitation for all generations, continents and cultures to gather as one community.

The universal language; music is in this...sound...this...note...this...story. No matter the genre, the instrument, no matter the traditions of yesterday or the technologies of today...this sound, this message, this entertainment; gives meaning to life.
